Shorin-Ryu in Japanese is 小林流 which is read shourinryuu.
There are several ways to write shourin in Japanese and also a few different ways to read the same kanji. This particular design for shourin uses (read shou) meaning "little" and (read rin) meaning "grove" and is used to denote a style of Okinawan Karate founded by Eizo Shimabukuro. For more information see the Wikipedia article shorinryu.
