Kill with One Blow in Japanese is 一拳必殺 which is read ikken hissatsu.

The Japanese phrase ikken hissatsu is composed of the kanji (read ichi) meaning "one" and (read ken) meaning "fist" and the word hissatsu meaning "certain kill". Kill with One Blow (ikken hissatsu) is the martial arts ideal when the objective is to kill with a single blow and is reminiscent of the sniper motto "One Shot, One Kill".
