Tattoos are personal expressions that last a lifetime. They can be an affirmation, a bold statement of love, a memorial, a motivational
reminder - a personal statement of what truly matters. And this is why it is so important that the design be just right for you.
Work directly with Master Japanese Calligrapher Eri Takase to create an authentic Japanese Tattoo that
is just for you. With over fifteen years of experience and with many thousands of satisfied clients,
Master Takase is the perfect partner to work with. She is often praised not only for her exquisite artwork but also for her approachability,
courtesy, and professionalism.
To begin, simply let us know what you want the tattoo to say. This is as easy as filling out the description below and submitting the order.
Once your order is placed, we then work on our
side on the translation which Master Takase will then turn into the first set of designs. These hand-lettered designs are then scanned and emailed to you
along with detailed explanations - and we are happy to provide you with as much information as you need because we want
you to be as happy with the meaning as you are with the way your Japanese Tattoo looks.
The first set of samples normally includes a few options for the translation, different fonts, and layouts. And just let us know what you think. Based on your feedback, Master Takase would rework the designs focusing on your preferences. Normally two or three sets of
designs are needed to arrive at the final design.
Once the final design is selected, we then create the stencil outline that your tattoo artist will need to properly ink the design and email you the
completed design. And you will then have everything you need to take to your tattoo artist to get the design inked - and this can all be done in as little as a few days.
Master Takase's hand-lettered samples and the final design are scanned in and converted to the Adobe PDF Formation. This
means that to open the designs you will need the Adobe PDF Reader which you should already have on your computer. This is an amazing product that
lets you print the design just as it was drawn by Master Takase. The Adobe PDF Reader also allows you to easily adjust the size of the
design to fit your specific needs. For a step-by-step explanation of how easy it is to change the size of these wonderful Japanese kanji
tattoos visit Resizing Designs.
